Steps

Firstly take a bowl add gram flour salt 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 pinch asafetida 3 tsp oil 1/4 tsp Fennal seeds mix it well and make a dough with help of water

Now heat a pan put 2-3 glass of water boil it

Now take some little-2 portion from dough and make thin cylindrical shape with your hands and put these bel gattas in hot water and boil it for 10 -15 min on medium flame

Now strain all bel gattas from water and cut into medium round pieces

Now again heat a pan put 2 tbsp oil add black mustard seeds cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Fennal seeds Ginger garlic paste chopped green chilli kadi leaves saute it now add bel gattas salt coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder mix it well

Cover for 1 min now add 1 tsp lemon juice and coriander leaves serve with roti paratha etc

After straining leftover water can be used in knead a flour dough or in curry
