Ingredients

  • 4carrots stripped
  • 3zucchini stripped
  • 1/4of coloured capsicums stripped
  • 1/2cabbage cut in big sizes
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan warm the oil add salt, add the carrots and stir fry

  2. 2

    Add the zucchini and stir fry for 2minutes

  3. 3

    Add the cabbage and stir fry

  4. 4

    Add capsicums stir for 2 minutes and serve.
