4carrots stripped
3zucchini stripped
1/4of coloured capsicums stripped
1/2cabbage cut in big sizes
2 tablespoonoil

In a pan warm the oil add salt, add the carrots and stir fry

Add the zucchini and stir fry for 2minutes

Add the cabbage and stir fry
4

Add capsicums stir for 2 minutes and serve.
