Pour the idli batter in bowl mix it well and steam the idlis in idli cooker

I had used readymade batter which can you easily get it on stores

Now put the toor Dal, fenugreek seeds, green chillies, tomato and add some salt in cooker

Add water and give 3 whistle

Now blend the Dal and add keep it aside

Now add oil in cooker and give the tadka of mustard seeds and cumin seeds

Now add onion, bottle gourd, brinjal and curry leaves and saute for a minute

Then add Dal and water mix it well

Now add all masalas, tamarind paste or water

At last add drumsticks and cover the cooker and give one whistle on medium flame

Serve it with idli and coconut chutney

And garnish with coriander leaves
