Ingredients

  1. 2 cupCabbage finely chopped
  2. 1 cupCarrots finely chopped
  3. 1/4 cupCapsicums finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cupOnion chopped
  5. 2Green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tspGinger garlic chopped
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  8. 1/4 cupFlour
  9. 2 tbspCornflour
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as neededOil for frying
  12. For gravy
  13. 1 tspGinger garlic chopped
  14. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  15. 1Green chilli chopped
  16. 1 tbspTomato ketchup
  17. 1 tbspRed chilli sauce
  18. 1 tbspCornflour combined with 1cup of water
  19. 1 pinchSugar
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. 1 tbspSpring onion
  22. 1 tbspOil
  23. 1 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cabbage,carrots,capsicum,onion,green chilli and ginger garlic paste.Add black pepper powder,flour,cornflour,salt and mix.Make 17-18balls.Deep fry them in medium flame and keep aside.

    For gravy,heat oil in a pan.Add ginger garlic and chilli and saute.To this add soya sauce,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and combine well.Add cornflour mixture and bring to a boil.Reduce flame and add sugar,pepper powder and salt.Also add the fried Veg balls.Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
