Firstly soak chickpeas overnight. In morning wash it good and put in presure cooker add some salt and tea bag take whistle 10-15 or till soft

Now take a bowl add bhatura ingredients and 2 tsp oil and make some loose dhough bcoz rava soaks water

Now heat a pan add oil add cumin seeds fenugreek seeds tez patta bay leaves Ginger garlic paste chopped green chilli and saute for 1 min

Add onion paste saute it till looks golden add tomato puree add salt red chilli powder coriander powder and cook well till oil keeps it's sides

Now add boiled chickpeas cook it 2 min add chana masala garam masala cook it for 3-4 min u can add water if u want

Off the flame add coriander leaves

Now heat a pan add oil for bhature knead the dough take small piece roll it thin deep fry it

Serve with chole,mango pickle sliced onion enjoy...
