In a bowl take refined flour (maida), add ghee for moyan and make tight dough with little water.

Rest it for 20 minutes.

Now heat a pan add mawa and fry then add gratted dry fruits. Keep aside.

Now heat another pan add sugar and water and make sugar syrup of one string and keep aside.

Now after 20 min mash the dough 2 minutes more and make balls of lemon size.

Now make purus and fill with mawa stuffing and make kachori.

Now heat a kadhai add oil then simmer gas flame and deep fried all the kachori..

Now after cooling the kachoris make hole in the middle and fill with sugar syrup and spread gratted dry fruits.

Mawa kachori is ready to serve.
