Ingredients

  1. 1 cupuncooked regular rice
  2. 10.5 ozchicken broth
  3. 5.5 ozwater
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1/4 cupbutter
  6. 6 ozmushrooms
  7. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 7x11 dish

    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°, stirring once halfway through
