1st to boiled sweet corn
Then water from this is strained completely
And then transfer this into the blender
Now blend this for a few seconds without using - 2
Any water just to coarsely crush the corn.
Do not make it very pasty.
Transfer this into a large bowl
Next goes in the boil and grated potatoes along with the onion, capsicum, ginger,green chilli, grated carrot, coriander leaves,salt, black pepper,pizza seaslings,some mint,and lemon juice. - 3
Then slice of bread,soak it in water,then crush it with help of hands.
Put gram flour and corn flour
Now mix everything well until it all comes together to form a fine smooth dough like consistency - 4
The mixture should be relatively dry
If you find it to be too sticky, you can add in some more cornflour or bread crumbs to it.
Now let this mixture rest in the refrigerator just for 15-20min,so that it firms up.
Now take a some portion of the mixture with the help of your greased hands, now use icecream sticks,
Pat the mixture onto the stick
Press it evenly all around
Next heat oil for frying,lower the kebabs into the hot oil - 5
Fry them for about 2-3min or until they turn golden brown and crispy all over
(Keep flame medium)
Remove them and place them on a kitchen towel..
