Steps

Wash soaked soya badi for 2-3 times and drain out all extra water from it.

Put pressure cooker on flame and into it add ghee, cumin seeds, pepper corn, bay leaves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves and cinnamon stick and allow it splatter.

Then add green chilli and garlic paste into it cook it until garlic's raw smell in completely gone.

Then add onion into it and cook it until it becomes completely soft.

Then add carrot and capsicum into it and salt too and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame.

Then add soaked rice into it and mix well by adding garam masala powder, raisins and lime juice into it.

Then add soya badi in the rice mixture and stir it for 2-3 minutes.

Then add water as per the requirement and cover the pressure cooker with it's lid and cook it for 1-2 vessels on medium-high flame.

Switch off the flame and allow the pressure cooker to release it's pressure. Then add coriander leaves into it.

Your soya badi pulp is ready to serve now.
