Ingredients

  1. 2-3 cupsflour
  2. 1-2table spoons milk
  3. 1egg
  4. 1-2tps sugar
  5. butter for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine egg flour sugar and milk till the lumps dissapear

  2. 2

    Heat pan with little butter make sure the butter is bubbling to get that beautiful pattern on your pancake

  3. 3

    Pour a large spoon on the batter and fry
    Continue with the remaining batter

  4. 4

    For topping you can use chocolate sause maple syrup or any other topping of choice
