Ingredients

  • 200 gmshung curd
  • 2-3 tbsproasted besan
  • 1 tbspcoriander stems
  • 1 tbspbirasta
  • salt as par taste
  • 1 tsp sugar powder
  • 1-2 tbspnuts powder like kaju almond and walnuts
  • 1tsp cloves and cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp chopped chilli
  • as neededMaida for coating
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a hung curd and mix roasted besan corriender stems cloves and cardamom powder salt sugar chopped birasta chopped green chilli and grated ginger. Add nuts powder. mix well

  2. 2

    Now make a balls and coat in a maida and shape of patty.put in a freeze for 10-15mins.

  3. 3

    Shallow fry all kababs and serve with ketchup and onion ring

  4. 4

    Yummy and tasty protein rich Dahi ke kabab is ready to serve.
