Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlSpinach pyuri
  2. 2 tspBesan
  3. 1 tspDry coconut chopped
  4. 1 tspChana daal
  5. 1 tspPeanuts
  6. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  7. 5-6Garlic buds
  8. 1 tspCumin seeds
  9. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. 4,5 tspOil
  13. 2Red chilli
  14. Salt for taste

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash spinach and boiled for 5 minutes in water and pinch of salt

  2. 2

    Now make spinach pyuri in mixer add besan in pyuri

    Now heat oil add cumin seeds when flutters add peanuts chana daal

  4. 4

    Saute for 4 minutes add dry coconut chopped add ginger garlic paste Saute for 2 minutes add red chilli

    Add green chilli paste saute for next 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Add turmeric powder,salt,garam masala mix it well

  7. 7

    Now add spinach pyuri mix well add little water as necessary

    Let it boil for 7 minutes

    Serve with chapati,bhakri or rice with fried garlic buds
