  1. Ingredients:
  2. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  3. 1onion
  4. 1cucumber
  5. 1/2 cuptomato
  6. as neededtiny bit sugar
  7. 1carrot
  8. 1/2 cupcabbage
  9. 1capsicum
  10. as neededcheese (grated)
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 1 tbsplemon juice
  13. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  14. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  15. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  16. as neededdried mint powder or fresh mint chopped

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    1. Boil enough water in a pan. Add salt, sugar and peas to it.

  2. 2

    Switch off in a minute.
    Drain the peas and let them cool.

  3. 3

    4. Chop all the vegetables as preferable and add the peas to it.

  4. 4

    Add the spices, lemon juice and cheese, if using.

  5. 5

    . At this point you can add butter if desired.

    . Protein rich peas chaat is ready!
