Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  1. 100 gmsbeans, carrot, potato, Pumpkin, Brinjal
  2. 7-8green chilies
  3. 1 cupcurd, 1 ts-Thuvaran dal,1 cup coconut(grated)
  4. 1 bunchcurry leaves
  5. 2ts salt, turmeric powder, mustard, coconut oil, jeera

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First cut all the vegetables and bake it in the steamer along with salt and turmeric powder.

  2. 2

    In a mixer grinder add, coconut, green chilies, jeera and soaked thuvaran dal, make it into smooth paste.

  3. 3

    In a pan add the baked vegetables, curd, grinded paste and a cup of curd. Then cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    In a frying pan add coconut oil allow mustard to crack add curry leaves and add this to avial.

  5. 5

    Aviyal is ready to taste.
