First cut all the vegetables and bake it in the steamer along with salt and turmeric powder.

In a mixer grinder add, coconut, green chilies, jeera and soaked thuvaran dal, make it into smooth paste.

In a pan add the baked vegetables, curd, grinded paste and a cup of curd. Then cook for 5 minutes.

In a frying pan add coconut oil allow mustard to crack add curry leaves and add this to avial.

Aviyal is ready to taste.
