1. Boil enough water in a pan. Add salt, sugar and peas to it.

Switch off in a minute.
Drain the peas and let them cool. - 3
4. Chop all the vegetables as preferable and add the peas to it.

Add the spices, lemon juice and cheese, if using.

. At this point you can add butter if desired.
