Peel the potato and wash it with clean water.

Now cut into medium long sizes.

Again wash it and remove the water.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder jeera and dhaniya powder mix with potatoes slices, marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan on the gas stove and add the refined oil.

Now fry the marinated potatoes in hot oil.

When its hard and brown in colour then turn off the gas stove and remove in a plate. Now serve it with chaat masala.
