Soaked and boiled chickpeas

Now heat oil in a wok add slice onion saute till brown colour

Now add red chilli powder chana masala salt and mix well

Now add chickpeas with little water and mix it well when it's all mix well off the flame and let them cool

Take a water in a big bowl

Cut the edges of a bread slice

Now dip slice in a water squeeze it on your palm put little chole mixture and cover it from all sides in a form of ball shape

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it till brown colour

Serve hot with sause
