This is a unique Rasam which goes well with steamed rice
Steps

Take a pan and put beetroot puree and 1 glass water and mix well.

Then add rasam powder and bring to 2-4 boils.

Then add tamarind pulp, salt, jaggery and boil for 5 minutes and keep aside.

Heat a tadka pan and put oil and mustard and allow to crackle.

Also add Curry leaves and Hing and pour this tadka on the rasam and mix well.

Serve hot garnished with coriander.
