to tasteSalt
1Tomato
1Onion
1 tspChaat masala

Steps

Soak lobia overnight(in water)

Now boil the lobia in the morning after 1 whistle, cook on low flame for 10 mins)....

Take it out in a bowl after draining extra water.

Now add chopped onions and tomato, salt and chaat masala.

Your protein -rich chatkara chat is ready to binge on.
