For peanut butter jelly sandwich. You can see my earlier post how to make homemade peanut butter. Take two tbs of peanut butter which has 8 GMs of protein on one side and apply jam on the other side peanut butter kelly sandwich is ready.

For protein filled Subji sandwich. As we know peas has a very high amount of protein we need to use the most in this recipe. First chop onions add to hot oil and ginger garlic paste and cook well then all the other veggies add salt green chilli and cook well. At the end add oregano and mix well. Put this in between two slices and toast and serve with sauce.
