These little gems are super easy to make and great to eat. The Thermomix makes the process really easy!

Add to the bowl the sugar, cinnamon, salt and mascarpone 10 secs / speed 5

Put the flour 15 secs / speed 5
- 3
Put the dough into a bowl and cover with cling film and keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour

Once the biscuits have rested make small balls and put them on a baking tray which it is lined with baking paper. Press the small balls a little bit, not too much.

Put in a hot oven at 180º during 15 minutes. Voila! Easy peasy!
