Steps

Take 1/2 cup water in a bowl and soak it for 5 minutes

Boil green peas and make them soft

Grate paneer and keep aside

Cut onion in slice put a pan on heat add 1/4 tbs butter in it then cook onion till soft off heat let the onion cool down

Now take a mixer grinder jug put onion cashew and green chilli together and make a fine paste

Take another pan put on fine add balance butter in it then add onion and cashew paste and cook on low flame then add salt chilli powder and amchoor powder cook till oil separate from pan then add sugar

Now add boiled green peas and 1 cup water cook it on medium flame add kasuri Methi cook together now add grated paneer and malai mix together this will be semi solid gravy now off heat

Take out in serving pot and serve with any Indian bread very delicious and yummy
