Paneer tikka cut cubes of paneer and marinate with hung curd salt deggi mirch and corn flour for 2 hrs

Cook in electric tandoor for 20 mins

Shallow fry onions till golden brown and tomatoes ginger garlic and green chillies and roast till ghee leaves the mixture

Churn the mixture and saute in butter till thick gravy is done add paneer tikka and milk in gravy cook for 5 mins on medium flame garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated paneer

Serve hot with soft roties
