Ingredients

2salmon filets
1 tspginger garlic paste
1/2-1 cupgreek yogurt or dahi
2 tspolive oil
1/2lemon juice
1/8 tspturmeric powder
1 tsplal mirchi powder
1 tspground cumin
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspdry fenugreek leaves
1 tspcoriander powder

Steps

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and all spices together in large bowl, marinate salmon for at least half an hour

Preheat oven to 400 F

Oil foil on baking tray, put salmon skin down and put in oven for 15 minutes

Then, broil on high for 4-5 minutes to char surface of salmon

Remove from oven and serve whenever!
