For making baskets first peel, grate and wash the potato.

Put the grated potato in chilled water for 10 minutes

Drain and spread it on a towel so as to make them dry

After 10 mins add cornflour to it.

Spread these strands of potato in a metal strainer and press it with the help of another strainer. Fry these baskets on medium hot oil

Make the filling by mixing chickpeas, veggies, masalas, and lemon juice
- 7
Fill the baskets while serving only or they may become soggy.
