  • 1कप कद्दूकस पत्ता गोभी
  • 1/2बारीक़ कटी शिमला मिर्च
  • 1/2कप बारीक़ कद्दूकस गाजर
  • 1बारीक़ कटा प्याज़
  • 4छोटा चम्मच कॉर्न फ़्लोर
  • 2चम्मच मैदा
  • स्वादानुसार नमक
  • तलने के लिए तेल
  • 1छोटा चम्मच सोया सॉस
  • 1छोटा चम्मच विनेगर
  • 1छोटा चम्मच चिली सॉस
  • 1/4कप स्प्रिंग ओनियन

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले गोभी, गाजर और शिमला मिर्च में नमक 3 चम्मच कॉर्नफ़्लोर, काली मिर्च व मैदा मिलाकर आटे जैसा गूँथ ले।

  2. 2

    अब इसकी छोटी छोटी बॉल बना ले।

  3. 3

    एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके सभी बोल्स को सुनहरा होने तक तल ले।

  4. 4

    अब एक दूसरी कड़ाही में 1 चम्मच तेल गरम करे ।

  5. 5

    बारीक़ कटा प्याज़ व थोड़ी सी शिमला मिर्च डालकर हिलाये।

  6. 6

    अब इसमें विनेगर, चिल्ली सॉस, सोया सॉस मिलाकर 2 मिनट हिलाये।

  7. 7

    अब 1/2 कप पानी में कॉर्नफ़्लोर मिलाकर 1 मिनट चलाये।

  8. 8

    अब सभी बॉल्स को कड़ाही में डालकर अच्छे से मिला ले।
