Ingredients

2 bowls
  • 1 cupoats
  • 2 cupswhey(left after making cottage cheese from milk)
  • 1 cupmixed chopped vegetables like capsicum,carrot,peas,beans or corns
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • As neededCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1/2 tspjeera

Steps

    Heat up a pan and add ghee

  2. 2

    Add jeera and let it splutter

  3. 3

    Add vegetables,stir for a min and add salt

  4. 4

    Add whey liquid and let it come to boil

  5. 5

    Add oats, cover and cook on slow flame

  6. 6

    Finally garnish with garam masala, coriander leaves and plenty of cashews.

  7. 7

    Serve it with tomato,chilli and peanut chutney or any other of your choice.
