Take a pan & boil all the veggies

When they cook properly, stain out the water & keep.it aside

Take a Pan,put 2 tsp of oil in it

When it got hot add all the veggies & ingredients in it except maida & baking powder

Sause them for 5 min on low flame & take them out & put in a bowl

Keep it in the refrigerator for 20 min

In a big bowl put maida add 6 tsp of oil & baking powder

Knead it with cold water

Water should be less in quantity

Make a thick dough of it,put it in a small bowl & refrigerator for 30 min,Make small bowls of it

Make small chapatis of the Dough & cut the sides to give then rectangular shape

Add the stuffing in it & with the help of brush spread water on all the side so that while frying stuffing should not come out& put another half on it

Then deep fry in the oil till become golden

Serve hot with chutney
