Firstly, after cleaning the prawns wash them well with water and drain the excess water.
In a bowl, add the prawns, add salt to taste.
Add ginger garlic paste into it. - 2
Dd red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Add roasted coriander seeds powder.Mix the whole mixture well so that the prawns get coated well with the masala. - 3
Rest the mixture in the refrigerator and marinate it for about 5 - 10 minutes.

Take a frying wok, add oil and heat it. Add onions. Saute onions till light brown.
Add the prawns into the heated oil. - 5
Stir the mixture well with the oil and stir it delicately.
Add fresh curry leaves into the cooking prawns. - 6
Give a nice mix.Cook the prawns for about 10 -15 minutes and give a stir in between.
Prawns fry is done... - 7
Sprinkle with lemon juice over it.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Ready to be served with dal rice or
can be eaten plain...
