Steps

First take frying pan heat oil add chopped mushrooms and fry it till water evaporates.

Then take chopped onion,garlic and ginger and fry it in oil for some time.

Mix coconut powder and keep it aside to cool down.

Then grind it in mixer with some water. Onion paste ready.

Now take frying pan and add 2 tbsp oil and put jerra, Bayleaf and add onion garlic paste and saute it.

Then add tomato puree and add all masala and fry till it smells spicy.

Now add boiled peas and fry mushroom and add water and cook for 15 minutes and add salt and coriander leaves.

Mushroom matar ready.
