  1. 1 1/2 cupsrolled oats
  2. 1/3 cupChia seeds
  3. 1/4 cupquinoa
  4. 1/4 Cupfoxtail millets

    Add all the ingredients in a mixer

  2. 2

    Blend until a fine powder is obtained

  3. 3

    Transfer the powder into a box or a jar and store airtight

  4. 4

    Add a tablespoon full with a glass of milk, milkshakes, porridge,almond milk, etc for a protein rich breakfast on the go!

  5. 5

    My tip: try to make limited quantity of the powder to enjoy it's freshness.
