Boiled the soya chunks stain water and set aside.

Heat oil in a deep pan add cumin seeds and curry leaves and satue till fragrent.

Add onion paste and satue. Then add ginger garlic paste and satue.

Add green chilli and saute. Then add salt,cumin powder and Coriander powder and satue.
- 5
Then add yougurt and stir nicely and then add soya chunks and stir.
- 6
Then add cashew paste and stir and spprinkle of garam masala powder and cover and cook 5 min in low flame.
