Brinjal Kadhi

Firstly take bowl put 2 cup water, Besan, curd, red chilli, turmeric powder and mixed it nicely.

Meanwhile small cut brinjal from front. Then take bowl put Besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it nicely.

After that take brinjal and deep in besan mixture and deep fry all brinjal.

Than take kadhai put oil heat it then add Coriander, cumin, red dry chilles splutter them then add mixture of besan and curd which we made it.

Then on low flame cooked it and stir it continusally. When it cooked add brinjal pakode and give one boiled.

Your Brinjal kadhi is ready to eat with rice.
