
Ginger and Vanilla Peach Upside Down Cake

In a skillet over low heat cook peach ingredients together until the juice thickens, about 12 min

Pour peaches into an 8 in baking dish.

Preheat over to 350°F

Melt 8 tbsp butter over low heat until caramel color. Strain into a mixer

Combine dry ingredients in another bowl

Beat butter sugar and Vanilla together.

Add one egg at a time.then Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk
- 8
Add grated ginger and pour on top of the peach mixture. Bake for 30 min. While still warm invert onto a platter
