Soak blackgram for 3 hours.then wash it and make a thik paste.

Add semolina and salt to it.Mix it well.keep aside.

Whisk the curd.Add two table spoon sugar and little bit salt and mix well.Add grated carrot and coriander leaves in it.

Soak tamarind in half cup of water.mix it then strain it to remove seeds and all.In a pan heat 1 cup water.Add tamarind paste,2Table spoons of sugar and little bit salt to it.let it boil.Mix 1 spoon cornfloor with some water and pour it to the tamarind sauce and keep stirring.It become semi thick.Now cool it.

Roast jeera/cumin and red chillies and make a powder out of it.

Now heat the oil.make round shaped bhalles out of the blackgram and semolina mix...and put one by one in hot oil.Make 12 bhalles. And put the bhalles in water.Let it become cool.It will go down to the water.then you squeeze it.

Add the wet bhalles to the curd. And keep it for 10 mins.

Now serve dahibhalles.Add tamarind chutney,a little bit black salt to add taste and roasted cumin and chilli powder on it.
