Pumpkin Halwa

In a wok heat ghee, fry all dry fruits one by one till golden brown colour and take them out.

In the same pan put grated pumpkin and fry them for 4-5 minutes.

Now add grated juggeri and colour mix well so that the juggeri dissolves and cook halwa till ghee should separated from sides

Then add fried dry fruits and cardamom powder and switch off the flame.

Serve hot.
