Ingredients

Serves 2 to 4 s
  1. 1 kgbeef, cut into 2-inch chunks
  2. 500 gcarrots, cut into 2-inch chunks
  3. 2onions, quartered
  4. 1/2 cupworcestershire sauce
  5. 2 teaspoonsmustard
  6. 1 pcKnorr beef cube
  7. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Season the beef with a generous amount of salt and pepper, then sear on high heat for 7 to 10 minutes.

    Turn the heat down to medium-high, then add a tablespoon of oil to the pot. Once the oil is hot, add the carrots and onions and fry for 5 to 7 minutes.

    Add the worcestershire sauce, mustard, beef cube, and 3 to 4 cups of water. Simmer until the beef is tender.
