  • 1/2 teaspoonof BBQ
  • 1/2 teaspoonof steak n chop spice
  • 1/2 teaspoonof paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoonof chicken spice
  • 2 TBScanola oil

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a frying pan pour your oil.

  2. 2

    Spice your meat and rub in the spices

  3. 3

    Fry the meat both side until it's fried perfect

  4. 4

    The roast beef is delicious I'm enjoying my leftover with fresh meat
