Ingredients

  1. 1 cuplength vise cut beetroot
  2. to tasteMarinate with salt pepper and turmeric powder
  3. 1/4 cupbesan
  4. 2 tsprice powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  8. 1/4 tspAjwain
  9. 1/4 tspKasuri methi crushed
  10. Pinchbaking soda
  11. as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a smooth batter of gram flour and rice powder by adding dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Heat enough oil for deep frying

  3. 3

    Dip one by one beet root slices and fry till golden brown

  4. 4

    If batter is excess put chopped or sliced onion and make roundle and deep fry

  5. 5

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce
