Ingredients

  1. 1 cuproasted suji
  2. 1 cupcurd beaten
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. As needed little oil
  5. 1/2 tspmustard seeds,
  6. 1/2 tsp eachurad and sambar or Chana dal
  7. As needed little broken cashew for richness
  8. (Fry all these in little oil)

Steps

  1. 1

    Make batter of suji, curd and all ingredients and keep it aside for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    If batter is thick add litt batter like iddli batter

  3. 3

    Grease the iddli moulds and making time add eno powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Immediately pour batter in iddli mould and steam for 10-15 minutes check with tooth pick if it is clear means Idlis are ready

  5. 5

    After little cool demould and serve this coconut chutney and sambar
