First in blender add soak chikpea, checken kheema, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, gram masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander, mint,salt in a food processor and make a smooth paste

Now pinch out a lemon size ball portion from the dough apply oil in hand and flatten the mixture place the boiled egg and wrap up all around covering the egg repeat the process for the remaining mixture

Heat oil and deep fry the koftas on medium flame when done remove on absorbent paper

Nurgisi egg kofta is redy to serve

It garnish with chopped coriander, lemon and onion slice
