200 gmslong cut carrot
as per tastesalt and red chilli
2 tbspcoriander powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tbspcurry powder
1 tbspkasuri methi
1 tbspfive spices
2 tbspoil
1 tspdry mango and garam masala

Heat a wok add five spices,crackle it

Now add carrot and saute for a minute
3

Add all powder spices mix well and cover it
4

Now check meanwhile and stir it
5

If carrot is done then add kasuri methi,hive a nice mix and serve after 5 minutes with poori
