Ingredients

  • 200 gmslong cut carrot
  • as per tastesalt and red chilli
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 1 tbspkasuri methi
  • 1 tbspfive spices
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspdry mango and garam masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a wok add five spices,crackle it

  2. 2

    Now add carrot and saute for a minute

  3. 3

    Add all powder spices mix well and cover it

  4. 4

    Now check meanwhile and stir it

  5. 5

    If carrot is done then add kasuri methi,hive a nice mix and serve after 5 minutes with poori
