Mixed the flour,yeast,sugar,salt,powdered milk and butter with warm water to make a dough.

Knead the dough till it is soft and keep in warm place for 20-30mins.

For the filling, Put 3tspn of oil and add chopped onions to it, fry till transparent and add the scotch bonnet to it and, add ur minced meat, spices and seasoning. And continue frying till it is done.

For the dough roll it flat and add the fillings and stuff it. Fry till golden brown.
