Take one banana. Peel it and blend it with the help of a blender.

Mix wheat flour in it and cardamom powder and fennel seeds. Mix everything well without any lumps.

Now add crumbled dates and dry fruits,and mix it well.

Now add water in the mixture to adjust the consistency and batter should be thick to make pancakes.

Take non stick tawa. Apply little oil and pour the batter with the help of a ladle and it should not be spread so much as it becomes thin.

When 1 side turns brown and bubbly,flip on other side so that both the sides are properly cooked.

Serve it hot with curd or jam.
