Steps

Peel off and cut banana in round shape

Heat 2-3tsp ghee in pan roast raisins and chopped almonds fr 2-3 mints

Now take out raisins and almonds in plate Keep aside

Now put remaining ghee in pan heat it properly then add rava in it.

Fry rava in medium flame till it's colour turns light brown

Then add banana pieces in it and mix hardly

Now add milk cardamom powder sugar in it,stir continuously till sheera become thick

Now off flame and mix roasted raisins and almond in it and also mix one tsp ghee then serve

Ready delicious and healthy banana sheera
