Steps

Soak semolina in water for 10 minutes.

Add raw banana, samolina, salt, black pepper, chilli paste, coriander leaves in a bowl and mix it well.

Take some mixture, stuff it with cheese sticks and roll it in long cylinder shape to make finger.

Roll all the fingers with cornflour and deep fry it till it turns golden brown in colour.

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
