Ingredients

10-15 min.
2-3 servings
  • 3-4boiled potato
  • 1 cupchopped palak
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 Pinchhing
  • to tasteSalt according
  • as neededOil

Steps

10-15 min.
  1. 1

    Boil and mash potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add mashed potato,chopped palak,salt,red chilli powder,hing and chat masala in a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Make a roti with the wheat flour dough fill this mixture.

  4. 4

    Bind and roll it again.put on tawa slow fry from both side.

  5. 5

    Serve with curd.
