Egg in soy and ginger sauce

Fry the eggs without breaking the yolk till they completely cook. Put aside into a plate. Season.

Put some oil into the same pan and fry the ginger slices for like 2minutes

Add the sugar soy sauce and vinegar. Stir till sugar dissolve

Put the eggs in. Add water and cover. Let it simmer for 5 minutes

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with vegetable fried rice.
