In a large mixing bowl add onion,green chilli & tomato,egg and milk and salt mix it wel.

Beat the batter very wel.

Take a bowl and grease oil in it.

Pour the batter in the greased bowl/cake tin.

Heat water in a pan. When boiling put the bowl/cake tin and cover it for 10-15 min in medium low flame.

After baking let become cool.

Cut the egg dhokla in square shape and ready to serve.
